Who we are

LeadSite Studio is run by LeadSite Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@leadsite.studio.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed when payment goes through. You’ll get a receipt by email.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order we can’t fulfill, for example if a link breaks these terms.

Your card setup

• Each card has a QR code and a tap chip. When you order, you choose what each card opens: a link, a phone number, or both.
• You’re responsible for checking that every link and phone number you enter is correct. We program cards exactly as entered.
• You can change a card later by mailing it back, for a small fee. See Shipping & Refunds.
• Cards are plain black with your QR code. They don’t include printed names or other text.

Cards + Landing Page subscription

• Price: $34.99 per month, which includes a custom landing page and one card. Extra cards are $15 each, charged once with your first payment.
• What the landing page includes: your business name, contact information, information about your business, and a link to your website. Additional add-ons, such as a full website, are available separately.
• Setup: after you subscribe, we’ll contact you to book a setup call and collect your details. We build your page after that call.
• Billing: your subscription renews automatically every month on the date you subscribed, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel anytime by emailing contact@leadsite.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We don’t refund partial months.
• After cancelling: your landing page is taken offline at the end of your last paid month, so cards that open it will no longer show your page. Cards set to open your phone number keep working.

Your content

You own the information you give us, like your business name, contact details, links and logo. You give us permission to use it to make your cards and build your landing page. Please only send content you have the right to use.

We won’t program cards or build pages that link to anything illegal, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Limits on our responsibility

We make our cards and pages carefully, but we can’t control the websites your cards link to, or how every phone reads a QR code or tap chip. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. If we change subscription pricing, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price.
